1. Eligibility
This offer is available to organisations currently evaluating or looking to enhance their finance or ERP systems. OSSM reserves the right to decline sessions if there is no alignment with our services or with NetSuite. Suitability will be determined during a brief introductory call.
2. One Session Per Company
Each company is entitled to one complimentary consultation only.
3. Duration
The consultation will take place via Microsoft Teams and last up to three hours. If the session concludes earlier, no alternative arrangement or compensation will apply.
4. Scope
This is a high-level review intended to address your main areas of concern. We’ll aim to cover as much ground as possible within the available time.
5. No Obligation
There’s no requirement to engage in additional services following the consultation. However, should further exploration be beneficial, we’ll include recommendations in your post-session summary report.
6. Booking & Cancellation
Sessions are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. To reschedule or cancel, please provide at least three days’ notice to avoid scheduling issues.
7. Confidentiality
All information shared during the consultation will be treated as strictly confidential and used only to analyse your requirements and prepare your findings report.
